Selena Gomez can add being a fashion powerhouse on her resume. After Gomez was named Coach’s brand ambassador back in December 2016, the singer has collaborated with creative director Stuart Vevers once again on a second collection, which introduces new ready-to-wear, accessories, handbag silhouettes, and small leather goods.
“I love working with Selena because she brings her strong point-of-view to the design process,” Vevers said in Coach’s press release. “I wanted all of the pieces to reflect her style and her charm—and to feel effortless.”
Imbued with Gomez’s powerfully feminine spirit, the collection includes pretty silk slips finished with lace, ultra-soft sweaters, and retro-inspired pastel hoodies. The collection features an empowering personal motto —“Not perfect, Always me”—written in Gomez’s handwriting with a bunny motif. Pieces are “designed to perfectly reflect Selena’s playful sense of style, which contrasts pretty with sporty and elegance with cool.”
Let’s not forget the Bond and the Trail Bag, which are both crafted in smooth leather styled with vintage bows and crystals, bringing in a new legacy to the fashion house.
